About Shannon
Shannon is a seasoned former Physical Training Instructor from New Zealand Defence Force’s Physical Training Corp. With over 18 years of experience as a highly qualified instructor and coach, Shannon’s lifestyle and family life revolves around health, physical fitness, adventure and supporting others.
Aside from her extensive work with military personnel, Shannon has worked with athletes, sportsmen & women, lifeguards, bodybuilders and private clients from all walks of life. She has also competed in numerous multi sports, power lifting and bodybuilding events.
As a leader in the health, fitness and adventure industry, Shannon saw a gap and an opportunity in bespoke performance training for females. Not only in athletic sports but also in the tactical area.
Along with her sound knowledge of sports science, her strong values of resilience and determination encapsulate what it takes to trail-blaze and achieve the impossible.
