Your training journey should be streamlined, effective and fun — and so should your tech.

TrainHer is an online fitness coaching program designed to keep a personal trainer in your pocket.
Rather than having to book in a time with your PT, or go to a group class that clashes with your other commitments, TrainHer allows you to work your workouts around your schedule and train whenever suits you best.
Whether you’re training for an event, want to build lean muscle, or lose weight, we work with your body and keep you accountable to get there with regular communication and check-ins.
TrainHer makes it easy for you to get your training done effectively and efficiently.
Your program is designed like a playlist, so you can choose which workout you do in whatever order works best for you and your schedule.
With a TrainHer Custom™ membership you’ll be well on your way to hitting and exceeding your training goals with 1-on-1 support and motivation each step of the way.
It’s time to make YOU a priority.
Ask yourself this: Where will you be, 6 months from now, if you don’t make your body and your health a priority NOW?
You’ll need either a home gym or access to some gym equipment, for optimal results. When you sign up, you’ll fill out an intake questionnaire to let us know what equipment you have available, and we’ll build your program around what you have.
Although you can’t control the natural changes that occur during menopause, you can take actions that support metabolic health and help balance hormones. Strength and Conditioning is your go-to exercise modes because it will help you maintain muscle mass, load up the bones and protect the cardio vascular system.
Bottom line here is that Intelligent training will help mitigate a lot of the heath, body composition and metabolic changes, that come with the concept of menopause and post menopause.
If you’re like most women who take their workouts seriously, you want to get stronger while also staying as lean and aesthetically fit as possible.
We’re going to let you in on a little secret: Getting toned requires two things to happen:
- Lose excess body fat
- Increase the size of muscle cells to provide shape.
The truth is that toning is all about building lean muscle. It is muscle that provides the sleek, sculpted curves once you lose excess body fat.
At TrainHer we know the best ways to use exercise to shed body fat while increasing lean muscle, so don’t stress about “getting bulky”, the only payoff to training with us is increased strength, more fat burning, and an all-around leaner body composition.
The design of our programs are done in a play list rather than a calendar. This means you can train on whatever days work for you. To make it easy for you to see how many workouts you should be doing in the space of a week there is faint dashed line that separates week to week. However, you must understand that changing your body is about stringing together a series of workouts in which you show up, put in hard work, and challenge your physical capacities.
EVERY workout matters.
