Injury Prevention Protocols is a 12-week end-stage exercise rehabilitation program to actively strengthen the muscles, tendons, and ligaments surrounding an injury so that you can come back at a higher performance level than ever. This program is made for both men and women who have a history of sprains, strains and tendinopathies and want to protect themselves from the downside of injury. 

TrainHer can provide a personalised, end-stage rehabilitation program for individuals returning from a knee, shoulder, ankle, or hamstring injury, which affects their performance, abilities and commitments.

Tailored Programs to Suit Your Needs

TrainHer will create a 12-week training program tailored to you and your injury, delivered directly to your phone, desktop, or tablet. We provide training programs for individuals of all levels that build strength, power, and speed so you can be sure you’ll be in peak performance when you’ve healed and ready to hit the ground running, knowing it’s stable, safe and stronger than ever. You can rest assured knowing you’re in safe hands- videos, images and messages are provided with the training plan to ensure you’re confident when strengthening your previous injury for chosen commitments.

Our seasoned trainer, Shannon MacLachlan, will require you to fill out a health questionnaire regarding your injury.  From there, she will contact you with the next part of the process. Shannon will also check in with you throughout the Injury Prevention Protocols training program to ensure you’re progressing in the safest and best way possible.
