Injury Prevention Protocols is a 12-week end-stage exercise rehabilitation program to actively strengthen the muscles, tendons, and ligaments surrounding an injury so that you can come back at a higher performance level than ever. This program is made for both men and women who have a history of sprains, strains and tendinopathies and want to protect themselves from the downside of injury.
TrainHer provides end-stage rehabilitation programs for individuals returning from a knee, shoulder, ankle, or hamstring injury, which affects their performance, abilities and commitments.
