Prior to any programming or training we conduct an online initial consultation. This consists of gathering personal health information, injury history and sporting background; this allows us to understand how you move, and what you want to achieve. After gathering the necessary information we conduct a series of performance tests, the tests will measure performance across quality of movement, strength, speed, power and fitness.
Programs are delivered via our smart phone app and include weekly online support and video instruction. After we have conducted the performance testing and complete the three weeks of foundation program, your program will be completely customised around your menstrual cycle, performance goals and what equipment / gym access you may or may not have.
