I broke my leg skiing in the USA in January 2019 (tibial plateau and tibia). I spent 3 months in a wheelchair as I opted not to have any surgery and to allow my body to heal itself. I started working with Shannon to rebuild my leg so that I could ski again. I skied in Japan in February 2020 and I had no pain. Shannon’s wealth of knowledge and patience taught me how to reignite my body.

She’s an awesome strength and conditioning coach, with so much knowledge and uses a unique training methodology based around women’s cycle! Training specialised for women and the hormone cycles we go through.
